Anzac West Precinct - Future Development Options - Takapuna, Auckland - Development of a future vision for intensification of four urban blocks adjacent to Takapuna town centre. Work involved facilitation of a series of workshops with councillors, community meetings and one community workshop.

Devonport Master Plan - Devonport, Auckland - After winning a two-stage open design competition SvB was engaged to work with North Shore City Council and the Devonport Community Board to develop a master plan for the Devonport town centre, including the waterfront and existing wharf building.
